Work experience
In addition to my excellent teaching skills, I spent eleven years in M&A at Drueker & Co. (today Houlihan Lokey), Frankfurt. My responsibilities included project management, negotiations, business models, assessment of company strategies, market analyses, valuation and due diligence. I prepared and held presentations for clients and management alike, both in German and English, thus addressing all sides of the negotiation table.
