I bring together years of experience as a trainer and eleven years in M&A advisory at Drueker & Co. (now Houlihan Lokey) in Frankfurt. I led projects, negotiated deals, built business models, analysed strategies and markets, valued companies, and ran due diligence processes. I prepared and conducted management presentations and investor meetings—in both German and English, and on both sides of the table.
